Like many others, I have been troubled by a touch of pandemic insomnia. Sticking to a nightly routine has been key to helping me get through it.
I aim to go to bed at roughly the same time each night, and mindfully stretch my body with light, restorative yoga before slipping under the sheets. Once I’m tucked in, I take a series of long, slow breaths to help quiet my anxious mind. This combination, plus a CBD sleep aid, seems to do the trick.
